Terms of service.

1. Payment must be received in advance of supplying goods or services.
2. We undertake to mail orders for hardcopy books within two business days of receipt of order.
3. Downloadable products will be made available to download within a few minutes of receipt of payment. It should be understood that videos and colored photos are much slower to download than text and the time taken is affected by the speed of your PC or Macintosh and the speed of your internet connection.
